Our story

Bloomwell started with one simple idea: no one should face a hard period day unprepared, or alone.

We’ve all been there: caught without a pad, curled up with cramps, wishing someone would just bring the hot water bottle and the chocolate. Bloomwell is that someone.

Every box is packed by hand in South Africa, with products we’d use ourselves and a handwritten note tucked inside. Whether it’s for you, your daughter, or someone you love, we want it to feel like a hug in a box.

Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?

For now we deliver anywhere in Gauteng, by courier. We’re working on reaching the rest of South Africa soon. Orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days, depending on where you are. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your box is on its way.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is R60, and free on orders over R500.

Can I send a box as a gift?

Yes. At checkout, tick “This is a gift”, add her name and address, and write a message. We’ll handwrite it on a card and leave prices off the packing slip.

Can I change what’s in my box?

If you need a specific pad size or brand swapped, message us after ordering and we’ll do our best.

Can I return a box?

For hygiene reasons we can’t take back opened sanitary products. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 7 days and we’ll make it right. See our terms and returns policy.

Is paying online safe?

Yes. You pay on Payfast’s secure payment page by card, Instant EFT or other options. We never see or store your card details.
